The main goal of Créneau is the promotion of exchanges among people across cultures and generations. The most of activities are held in the castle of Prureaux. The collective life and workcamps serve as the main pedagogic tools.
Créneau is an open place, giving opportunity to anybody to participate, learn how to live and work together in spite of linguistic, socio-cultural, socio-economic differences and most of all – prejudices existing in the society. Thanks to the diversity of hosted persons, the organisation aims to contribute to the self-development and growth of anybody joining the organisation.
Four objectives of the organisation:
Run a meeting and hosting centre, focusing on intercultural exchanges, citizenship and environment;
Participate actively in the local development by cooperating with municipalities, schools, leisure and sports centres;
Support the youth projects of local municipalities and organisations, especially in the framework of international workcamps;
Accompany and support persons with fewer opportunities, contributing to their social and professional inclusion.
Créneau hosts volunteers who wish to contribute to the collective life and experience a very enriching and unique voluntary work.
